Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) as oral and topical/cutaneous formulations is prescribed for the treatment of Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency disorders, pre-operative reduction of vascularity of thyroid glands, protection against radioactive Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets), cutaneous or lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis, Grave’s disease, cleaning of minor or superficial wounds, thyroid storm and cleaning of wet wounds and ulcers.

Manganese (Dynamisan Tablets) is a transition metal with a molar mass of 54.94g/mol. Manganese (Dynamisan Tablets) is considered critical for human health, and plays important roles in development, metabolism, and the antioxidant system. That said, excessive Manganese (Dynamisan Tablets) intake is associated with manganism, a neurodegenerative disorder that causes dopaminergic neuronal death and parkinsonian-like symptoms.

Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets)'s structure is based on a corrin ring, which, although similar to the porphyrin ring found in heme, chlorophyll, and cytochrome, has two of the pyrrole rings directly bonded. The central metal ion is Co (cobalt). Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) cannot be made by plants or by animals, as the only type of organisms that have the enzymes required for the synthesis of cyanocobalamin are bacteria and archaea. Higher plants do not concentrate cyanocobalamin from the soil and so are a poor source of the substance as compared with animal tissues. Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) is naturally found in foods including meat (especially liver and shellfish), eggs, and milk products.

It occurs in the free form only in the retina of the eye, in whey, and in urine; its principal forms in tissues and cells are as flavin mononucleotide and flavin-adenine dinucleotide.

Although pyridoxine and Vitamin B 6 are still frequently used as synonyms, especially by medical researchers, this practice is erroneous and sometimes misleading (EE Snell; Ann NY Acad Sci, vol 585 pg 1, 1990).

Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) Capsule: Each capsule contains Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) sulphate monohydrate 54.93 mg, thiamine nitrate 10 mg, riboflavin 10 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg, Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) (coated) equivalent to cyanocobalamin 15 mcg, ascorbic acid 150 mg, folic acid 1 mg, nicotinamide 50 mg and calcium pantothenate 12.5 mg.

Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) Syrup: Each 5 mL contains Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) gluconate 34.9 mg, thiamine mononitrate 2.5 mg, riboflavin 2.5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 1 mg, cyanocobalamin 3 mcg, ascorbic acid 50 mg, d-panthenol 12.5 mg and niacinamide 25 mg in a flavoured liquid glucose sorbitol syrup base.

Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)® 10 is indicated as an intravenous stimulant to the pituitary for the release of

human growth hormone in patients where the measurement of pituitary reserve for HGH

can be of diagnostic usefulness. It can be used as a diagnostic aid in such conditions as

panhypopituitarism, pituitary dwarfism, chromophobe adenoma, postsurgical

craniopharyngioma, hypophysectomy, pituitary trauma, acromegaly, gigantism and

problems of growth and stature.

If the insulin hypoglycemia test has indicated a deficiency of pituitary reserve for HGH, a

test with Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)® 10 is advisable to confirm the negative response. This can be done

after a waiting period of one day. As patients may not respond to Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)® 10 (10%

after a waiting period of one day. Some patients who respond to Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)® 10 do not

respond to insulin and vice versa. The rate of false positive responses for Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)® 10 is

approximately 32%, and the rate of false negatives is approximately 27%.

Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets) 4 mcg/mL (Chromic Chloride Injection, USP) is indicated for use as a supplement to intravenous solutions given for total parenteral nutrition (TPN). Administration helps to maintain Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets) serum levels and to prevent depletion of endogenous stores and subsequent deficiency symptoms.

Copper (Dynamisan Tablets) 0.4 mg/mL (Cupric Chloride Injection, USP) is indicated for use as a supplement to intravenous solutions given for total parenteral nutrition (TPN). Administration helps to maintain Copper (Dynamisan Tablets) serum levels and to prevent depletion of endogenous stores and subsequent deficiency symptoms.

Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency disorders

Adult: As iodised oil (poppyseed/peanut/rapeseed oil containing about 38% w/w or 480 mg/ml of Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets)): Up to 45 yr: 380 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets), as single IM doses to provide adequate protection from Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency for up to 3 yr. Pregnant patient: Moderate to severe: 480 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) each yr.

Child: As iodised oil (poppyseed/peanut/rapeseed oil containing about 38% w/w or 480 mg/ml of Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets)): 380 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets), as single IM doses to provide adequate protection from Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency for up to 3 yr. Infants up to 1 yr: 190 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets), as iodised oil (480 mg/ml Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets)).

Child: Neonates: 1 drop of strong Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) solution every 8 hr.

Radiation protection against radioactive Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets)

Adult: As potassium iodide: 100-150 mg 24 hr before procedure and daily for up to 10 days after procedure.

Child: As potassium iodide: Infants from birth to 1 mth with a predicted thyroid exposure of ≥5 centigrays (cGy): 16 mg. >1 mth to 3 yr with a predicted thyroid exposure of ≥5 cGy: 32 mg. >3 yr to 18 yr (except adolescents approaching adult size) with a predicted thyroid exposure of ≥5 cGy: 65 mg. Do not exceed once-daily doses.

Preoperative reduction of vascularity of the thyroid gland

Adult: As potassium iodide: 50-250 mg (approx 1-5 drops of a solution containing 1 g/ml) tid for 10-14 days before surgery.

Child: As potassium iodide: 50-250 mg (approx 1-5 drops of a solution containing 1 g/ml) tid for 10-14 days before surgery. As strong Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) solution: 0.1-0.3 ml (or approx 3-5 drops) tid.

Adult: As potassium iodide solution containing 1 g/mL: Initially, 1 mL tid, should continue for at least 1 mth after disappearance or stabilisation of the lesions.

Child: As potassium iodide: Initially, 250 mg (approx 5 drops of a solution containing 1 g/ml) tid. Max: 1.25-2 g (approx 25-40 drops) tid. Duration: 3-6 mth.

Pregnant patient: 200 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) as a single dose. Moderate to severe: 300-480 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) each yr or 100-300 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) every 6 mth and for at least 1 yr postpartum.

Child: As iodised oil (poppyseed/peanut/rapeseed oil containing about 38% w/w or 480 mg/ml of Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets)): Infants up to 1 yr: Single dose of 100 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets); 1-5 yr: 200 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets); >6 yr: 400 mg Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets).

Cleaning wet ulcers and wounds

Adult: As 0.9% topical gel: Apply to clean wound. Max: 50 g/application and 150 g/wk. Change dressing about 3 times/wk and reduce applications as exudate decreases. Do not use for >3 mth and stop treatment when wound is free of exudate.

Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Sulfate Injection, USP is suitable for replacement therapy in Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency, especially in acute hypomagnesemia accompanied by signs of tetany similar to those observed in hypocalcemia. In such cases, the serum Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) (Mg++) level is usually below the lower limit of normal (1.5 to 2.5 mEq/liter) and the serum calcium (Ca++) level is normal (4.3 to 5.3 mEq/liter) or elevated.

In total parenteral nutrition (TPN), Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) sulfate may be added to the nutrient admixture to correct or prevent hypomagnesemia which can arise during the course of therapy.

Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Sulfate Injection, USP is also indicated for the prevention and control of seizures (convulsions) in pre-eclampsia and eclampsia, respectively.

Manganese (Dynamisan Tablets) 0.1 mg/mL (Manganese (Dynamisan Tablets) Chloride Injection, USP) is indicated for use as a supplement to intravenous solutions given for total parenteral nutrition (TPN).

Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) injection is effective for the treatment of Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency.

The parenteral administration is indicated when the oral administration is not feasible as in anorexia, nausea, vomiting, pre- and postoperative conditions, or it is not available as in the "Malabsorption Syndrome" with accompanying steatorrhea.

Pediatric Use: Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) treatment for deficiency states has been recognized as an especially effective and important therapy in the pediatric population.

Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) supplementation for deficiency states in this population has been addressed by the Committee on Clinical Practice Issues of the American Society for Clinical Nutrition, by the American Society for

Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and by the World Health Organization.

Vitamin B1 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency

Pernicious anemia, both uncomplicated and accompanied by nervous system involvement.

Dietary deficiency of Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets), occurring in strict vegetarians and in their breast-fed infants. (Isolated Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency is very rare).

Malabsorption of Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets), resulting from structural or functional damage to the stomach, where intrinsic factor is secreted or to the ileum, where intrinsic factor facilitates Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) absorption. These conditions include tropical sprue, and nontropical sprue (idiopathic steatorrhea, gluten-induced enteropathy). Folate deficiency in these patients is usually more severe than Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency.

Inadequate secretion of intrinsic factor, resulting from lesions that destroy the gastric mucosa (ingestion of corrosives, extensive neoplasia), and a number of conditions associated with a variable degree of gastric atrophy (such as multiple sclerosis, certain endocrine disorders, iron deficiency, and subtotal gastrectomy). Total gastrectomy always produces Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency.

Structural lesions leading to Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency include regional ileitis, ileal resections, malignancies, etc.

Competition for Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) by intestinal parasites or bacteria.

The fish tapeworm (Diphyilobothrium latum) absorbs huge quantities of Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) and infested patients often have associated gastric atrophy. The blind-loop syndrome may produce deficiency of Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets) or folate.

Inadequate utilization of Vitamin B12 (Dynamisan Tablets). This may occur if antimetabolites for the vitamin are employed in the treatment of neoplasia.

Coenzyme A (metabolite of dexpanthenol) is important for deep penetrating moisturizer; stimulates epithelization; has wound healing effect; has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Only the D-Panthenol is the provitamin of D-Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5 (Dynamisan Tablets)), not the L-Panthenol.

A cream with dexpanthenol regularly applied to the skin improves the moisture content of dry skin significantly.

A cream with 5% dexpanthenol accelerates the healing of superficial wounds by approximately 30%.

An ointment with dexpanthenol prevents erythema due to UV light.

Dexpanthenol ointment also protects the lips against solar herpes, Sun burns, mild burns, skin irritations, dry or cracked skin, cosmetic or shaving rashes, post chemical peeling treatment, post laser resurfacing treatment ( 11th -15th day).

Dexpanthenol is effective for preventing / treating nappy dermatitis in infants.

Some conditions may increase your need for Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets). These include:

• Diarrhea
• Eye diseases
• Intestine diseases
• Infections (continuing or chronic)
• Measles
• Pancreas disease
• Stomach removal
• Stress (continuing)

In addition, infants receiving unfortified formula may need Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements.

Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) absorption will be decreased in any condition in which fat is poorly absorbed.

Claims that Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) is effective for treatment of conditions such as acne or lung diseases, or for treatment of eye problems, wounds, or dry or wrinkled skin not caused by lack of Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) have not been proven. Although Vitamin A (Dynamisan Tablets) is being used to prevent certain types of cancer, some experts feel there is not enough information to show that this is effective, particularly in well-nourished individuals.

Adult Dosage

The recommended adult dose is 30 g Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) hydrochloride (300 mL of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)) administered by intravenous infusion over 30 minutes. The total dose should not exceed 30 g Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) hydrochloride. See Directions for Use for preparation instructions.

Pediatric Dosage

The recommended pediatric dose is 0.5 g/kg Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) hydrochloride (5 mL/kg of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)) administered by intravenous infusion over 30 minutes. The total dose should not exceed 30 g Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) hydrochloride.

• For patients weighing 59 kg or less, withdraw a weight based dose from a sealed Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) bottle and place in a separate container for intravenous infusion to avoid the inadvertent delivery and administration of the total volume from the commercially available container. See Directions for Use for preparation instructions.
• For patients weighing 60 kg or more, the recommended dose is 30 g Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) hydrochloride (300 mL of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets)). See Directions for Use for preparation instructions

Test Procedure

The intravenous infusion of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) is a part of the test for measurement of pituitary reserve of human growth hormone and, for successful administration of the test, clinical conditions and procedures should be as follows:

1. The test should be scheduled in the morning following a normal night's sleep, and an overnight fast should continue through the test period.
2. Patients must be placed at bed rest for at least 30 minutes before the infusion begins. Care should be taken to minimize apprehension and distress. This is particularly important in children.
3. Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) (Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) Hydrochloride Injection, USP) is a hypertonic solution and should only be infused through an indwelling needle or soft catheter placed in an antecubital vein or other suitable vein. Blood samples should be taken by venipuncture from the contra-lateral arm.
4. A desirable schedule for drawing blood samples is at −30, 0, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 minutes.
5. Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) should be infused beginning at zero time at a uniform rate which will permit the recommended dose to be administered over 30 minutes.
6. Blood samples should be promptly centrifuged and the plasma stored at −20°C until assayed by one of the published radioimmunoassay procedures.
7. Diagnostic test results showing a deficiency of pituitary reserve for HGH should be confirmed by a second test with Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets), or one may elect to confirm with the insulin hypoglycemia test. A waiting period of one day is advised between tests.

Directions for Use

Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) is provided as a ready-to-use solution for patients weighing 60 kg (132 lbs) or more and should not be further diluted. For pediatric patients weighing 59 kg (130 lbs) or less a dose must be placed in a separate container. Follow the preparation instructions below.

For Pediatric Patients weighing 59 kg (130 lbs) or less

Withdraw a weight-based dose from an intact sealed bottle of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets). The entire 300 mL bottle of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) for infusion is not intended for use in patients weighing 59 kg or less. The dose must be placed in a separate container, such as an evacuated sterile glass container designed for intravenous administration, using aseptic technique.

Additionally, Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) is stable in polypropylene syringes and plastic containers made of either polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).

The post-penetration storage period is not more than 4 hours including infusion time at room temperature or 24 hours at refrigerated temperature (2-8°C).

The healthcare professional administering the dose should verify the accuracy of the dose prior to administration.

Use only if the solution is clear. Discard any unused drug product.

For Adults and Pediatric Patients weighing 60kg (132 lbs) or more

Follow these directions using aseptic technique. As Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) for intravenous use is provided in glass containers, a standard air-inletting, air-filtering intravenous infusion set with a bacterial air filter is required.

1. Use only if solution is clear and seal is intact. Carefully examine bottle for evidence of damage, e.g., small cracks, dents in seal, or areas of dried powder on exterior. Do not administer contents if such damage is found.
2. Remove plastic flip off lid from bottle to expose rubber stopper, taking care that you do not contaminate the target site of the stopper with fingers, hair, clothing, etc. Immediately perform step #3.
3. With shut-off clamp closed, remove sterility protector from spike of administration set and immediately insert set with a quick thrust into center of stopper with bottle upright on table. (Push straight in — don't twist — twisting may cause stopper coring.)
4. Promptly invert bottle to automatically establish fluid level in drip chamber and to check for vacuum by observing rising filtered air bubbles. Discard bottle if there is no vacuum or if the solution is not clear.
5. Clear tubing of air. Proceed with infusion.

Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets) 4 mcg/mL (Chromic Chloride Injection, USP) contains 4 mcg Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets)/mL and is administered intravenously only after dilution. The additive should be administered in a volume of fluid not less than 100 mL. For the adult receiving TPN, the suggested additive dosage is 10 to 15 mcg Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets)/day (2.5 to 3.75 mL/day). The metabolically stable adult with intestinal fluid loss may require 20 mcg Chromium (Dynamisan Tablets)/day (5 mL/day), with frequent monitoring of blood levels as a guideline for subsequent administration. For pediatric patients, the suggested additive dosage is 0.14 to 0.20 mcg/kg/day (0.035 to 0.05 mL/kg/day).

Copper (Dynamisan Tablets) 0.4 mg/mL (Cupric Chloride Injection, USP) contains 0.4 mg Copper (Dynamisan Tablets)/mL and is administered intravenously only after dilution. The additive should be diluted in a volume of fluid not less than 100 mL. For the adult receiving TPN, the suggested additive dosage is 0.5 to 1.5 mg Copper (Dynamisan Tablets)/day (1.25 to 3.75 mL/day). For pediatric patients, the suggested additive dosage is 20 mcg Copper (Dynamisan Tablets)/kg/day (0.05 mL/kg/day). Infants weighing less than 1500 gm may have increased requirements because of their low body reserves and increased requirements for growth.

In adults, Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency states resulting from long-term TPN support, Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) as selenomethionine or selenious acid, administered intravenously at 100 mcg/day for a period of 24 and 31 days, respectively, has been reported to reverse deficiency symptoms without toxicity.

Aseptic addition of Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) Injection to the TPN solution under laminar flow hood is recommended. Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) is physically compatible with the electrolytes and other trace elements usually present in amino-acid/dextrose solution used for TPN. Frequent monitoring of plasma Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) levels is suggested as a guideline for subsequent administration. The normal whole blood range for Selenium (Dynamisan Tablets) is approximately 10 to 37 mcg/100 mL.

Although no longer available in the U.S., Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) injectable administered intravenously to premature infants may result in a potentially fatal syndrome consisting of thrombocytopenia, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, ascites, and renal, hepatic, and pulmonary dysfunction.

Oral administration of large doses (200 mg per day) of a hyperosmolar Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) preparation to low-birthweight infants has been associated with the development of necrotizing enterocolitis.

The oral liquid formulation (Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) [R]) is intended to enhance absorption in patients with conditions associated with malabsorption (e.g., Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis ) or for patients who have difficulty swallowing capsules.

The oral liquid formulation (Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) [R]) may be taken directly or mixed with water or other beverage. It must be shaken well prior to each use and refrigerated after opening.

Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) 1 mg/mL (Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) Chloride Injection, USP) contains 1 mg Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets)/mL and is administered intravenously only after dilution. The additive should be diluted prior to administration in a volume of fluid not less than 100 mL. For the metabolically stable adult receiving TPN, the suggested intravenous dosage is 2.5 to 4 mg Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets)/day (2.5 to 4 mL/day). An additional 2 mg Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets)/day (2 mL/day) is suggested for acute catabolic states. For the stable adult with fluid loss from the small bowel, an additional 12.2 mg Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets)/liter of small bowel fluid lost (12.2 mL/liter of small bowel fluid lost), or an additional 17.1 mg Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets)/kg of stool or ileostomy output (17.1 mL/kg of stool or ileostomy output) is recommended. These situations include treatment with "water pills" (diuretics such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide), a poor diet, alcoholism, or other medical conditions (e.g., severe diarrhea/vomiting, stomach/intestinal absorption problems, poorly controlled diabetes).

How to use Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) amino acid chelate

Vitamin B2 (Dynamisan Tablets) (riboflavin) supplementation is used to prevent and treat riboflavin deficiency. Vitamin B2 (Dynamisan Tablets) may prevent migraine headaches at high doses and be useful for prevention of eye conditions such as cataract, glaucoma and tired eyes (fatigue). Vitamin B2 (Dynamisan Tablets) is also used for boosting of immune system, and maintenance of healthy hair, skin, nails and mucous membranes.

Hypercholesterolaemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridaemia, pellagra.

It is used for the treatment and prevention of Vitamin B6 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency. It is important for the breakdown of protein, fats, and carbohydrates from foods.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C (Dynamisan Tablets)) is used to prevent or treat low levels of Vitamin C (Dynamisan Tablets) in people who do not get enough of the vitamin from their diets. Most people who eat a normal diet do not need extra ascorbic acid. Low levels of Vitamin C (Dynamisan Tablets) can result in a condition called scurvy. Scurvy may cause symptoms such as rash, muscle weakness, joint pain, tiredness, or tooth loss.

Vitamin C (Dynamisan Tablets) plays an important role in the body. It is needed to maintain the health of skin, cartilage, teeth, bone, and blood vessels. It is also used to protect your body's cells from damage. It is known as an antioxidant.

How to use Vitamin C (Dynamisan Tablets)

Take this vitamin by mouth with or without food, usually 1 to 2 times daily. Follow all directions on the product package, or take as directed by your doctor.

If you are taking the extended-release capsules, swallow them whole. Do not crush or chew extended-release capsules or tablets. Doing so can release all of the drug at once, increasing the risk of side effects. Also, do not split extended-release tablets unless they have a score line and your doctor or pharmacist tells you to do so. Swallow the whole or split tablet without crushing or chewing. Take this product with a full glass of water (8 ounces/240 milliliters) unless your doctor directs you otherwise.

If you are taking the wafers or chewable tablets, chew them thoroughly and then swallow. If you are taking the lozenges, place the lozenge in your mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve.

If you are taking the powder, mix it thoroughly in the proper amount of liquid and stir well. Drink all of the liquid right away. Do not prepare a supply for future use. If you are using the liquid form of this vitamin, carefully measure the dose using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.

Most people who eat a normal diet do not need extra Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets). However, Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements are used in premature newborns and in people who have problems absorbing enough Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) from their diets. High doses of Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) (400 units or more per day) may increase the chance of rare but very serious side effects. There is no proof that high doses of Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) help to prevent or treat heart disease. There is very little evidence that it helps prevent or treat Alzheimer's disease. In some people, taking these high doses may even be harmful. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist and discuss the risks and benefits before taking Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements.

If your doctor prescribes this product for Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency, use it regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. You should see improvement of symptoms such as numbness/tingling of the hands/feet and weakness. If your condition persists or worsens, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.

Cyclosporine - Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) may counteract the antinaturetic effect of cyclosporin. Ibuprofen - Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) may increase the absorption of ibuprofen if taken concomitantly. Organic nitrates - Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements theoretically may potentiate the effects of organic nitrates if taken concomitantly. Sildenafil citrate - Theoretically, Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements taken concomitantly with sildenafil citrate, may potentiate the effects of the drug.

Ascorbic Acid: Copper (Dynamisan Tablets) may decrease the serum concentration of Ascorbic Acid. Management: To minimize the risk for ascorbic acid degradation, add multivitamin product to TPN solution immediately prior to infusion or administer multivitamin and Copper (Dynamisan Tablets) in separate containers. Consider therapy modification

There is a potential risk of interaction with lithium, resulting in an increased possibility of hypothyroidism.

this medicineshould not be used concomitantly with mercurial antiseptics, e.g. mercurochrome and thiomersal.

Since Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) may be absorbed systemically, the result of tests of the thyroid function can be influenced.

Calcitriol (Systemic): May increase the serum concentration of Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts. Management: Consider using a non-Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets)-containing antacid or phosphate-binding product in patients also receiving calcitriol. If Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets)-containing products must be used with calcitriol, serum Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) concentrations should be monitored closely. Consider therapy modification

Calcium Channel Blockers: May enhance the adverse/toxic effect of Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts. Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may enhance the hypotensive effect of Calcium Channel Blockers. Monitor therapy

Deferiprone: Polyvalent Cation Containing Products may decrease the serum concentration of Deferiprone. Management: Separate administration of deferiprone and oral medications or supplements that contain polyvalent cations by at least 4 hours. Consider therapy modification

Dolutegravir: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Dolutegravir. Management: Administer dolutegravir at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts. Administer the dolutegravir/rilpivirine combination product at least 4 hours before or 6 hours after oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts. Consider therapy modification

Doxercalciferol: May enhance the hypermagnesemic effect of Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts. Management: Consider using a non-Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets)-containing antacid or phosphate-binding product in patients also receiving doxercalciferol. Gabapentin: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may enhance the CNS depressant effect of Gabapentin. Specifically, high dose intravenous/epidural Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) sulfate may enhance the CNS depressant effects of gabapentin. Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Gabapentin. Management: Administer gabapentin at least 2 hours after use of a Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets)-containing antacid. Monitor patients closely for evidence of reduced response to gabapentin therapy. Monitor for CNS depression if high dose IV/epidural Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) sulfate is used. Consider therapy modification

Levothyroxine: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Levothyroxine. Management: Separate administration of oral levothyroxine and oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts by at least 4 hours. Consider therapy modification

Multivitamins/Fluoride (with ADE): Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Multivitamins/Fluoride (with ADE). Specifically, Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts may decrease fluoride absorption. Management: To avoid this potential interaction separate the administration of Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts from administration of a fluoride-containing product by at least 1 hour. Consider therapy modification

Mycophenolate: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Mycophenolate. Management: Separate doses of mycophenolate and oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts. Monitor for reduced effects of mycophenolate if taken concomitant with oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts. Consider therapy modification

Neuromuscular-Blocking Agents: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may enhance the neuromuscular-blocking effect of Neuromuscular-Blocking Agents. Monitor therapy

PenicillAMINE: Polyvalent Cation Containing Products may decrease the serum concentration of PenicillAMINE. Management: Separate the administration of penicillamine and oral polyvalent cation containing products by at least 1 hour. Consider therapy modification

Phosphate Supplements: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Phosphate Supplements. Management: Administer oral phosphate supplements as far apart from the administration of an oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salt as possible to minimize the significance of this interaction. Exceptions: Sodium Glycerophosphate Pentahydrate. Consider therapy modification

Quinolones: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Quinolones. Management: Administer oral quinolones several hours before (4 h for moxi/pe/spar-, 2 h for others) or after (8 h for moxi-, 6 h for cipro/dela-, 4 h for lome/pe-, 3 h for gemi-, and 2 h for levo-, nor-, or ofloxacin or nalidixic acid) oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts. Exceptions: LevoFLOXacin (Oral Inhalation). Consider therapy modification

Raltegravir: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the serum concentration of Raltegravir. Management: Avoid the use of oral / enteral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts with raltegravir. No dose separation schedule has been established that adequately reduces the magnitude of interaction. Avoid combination

Tetracyclines: Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) Salts may decrease the absorption of Tetracyclines. Only applicable to oral preparations of each agent. Management: Avoid coadministration of oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) salts and oral tetracyclines. If coadministration cannot be avoided, administer oral Magnesium (Dynamisan Tablets) at least 2 hours before, or 4 hours after, oral tetracyclines. Monitor for decreased tetracycline therapeutic effects. Exceptions: Eravacycline. Consider therapy modification

Trientine: Polyvalent Cation Containing Products may decrease the serum concentration of Trientine. Management: Avoid concomitant administration of trientine and oral products that contain polyvalent cations. If oral iron supplements are required, separate the administration by 2 hours. If other oral polyvalent cations are needed, separate administration by 1 hour. Consider therapy modification

Aspirin may also increase the risk of bleeding when used with this product. If your doctor has prescribed low doses of aspirin to prevent heart attack or stroke (usually at dosages of 81-325 milligrams a day), you should continue to take the aspirin. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

Caffeine can increase the side effects of this product. Avoid drinking large amounts of beverages containing caffeine (coffee, tea, certain soft drinks) and eating large amounts of chocolate.

Check the labels on all your medicines (such as cough-and-cold products, diet aids) because they may contain ingredients that could increase the side effects of ginseng. Decongestants (such as pseudoephedrine) and stimulants (such as caffeine, ephedra, ma huang) may worsen trouble sleeping, fast heartbeat, and increased blood pressure. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

If you are taking Siberian ginseng, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you also take drugs/other products that cause drowsiness such as: anti-seizure drugs (such as carbamazepine), medicine for sleep or anxiety (such as alprazolam, diazepam, zolpidem), muscle relaxants, narcotic pain relievers (such as codeine), psychiatric medicines (such as chlorpromazine, risperidone, amitriptyline, trazodone), other herbal products (such as kava, valerian), antihistamines in allergy and cough-and-cold products (such as diphenhydramine).

Antihypertensive Therapy: Nicotinic acid may potentiate the effects of ganglionic blocking agents and vasoactive drugs resulting in postural hypotension

Aspirin: Concomitant aspirin may decrease the metabolic clearance of nicotinic acid. The clinical relevance of this finding is unclear

Other: Concomitant alcohol or hot drinks may increase the side effects of flushing and pruritus and should be avoided at the time of drug ingestion.

Dextropanthenyl alcohol in combination with hydrocortisone may be more effective than topical hydrocortisone alone in some dermatoses.

Oral contraceptives: The use of oral contraceptives may increase Vitamin B6 (Dynamisan Tablets) requirements. This was more the case with the older oral contraceptive agents with high-dose estrogen/progestin. It appears to be less the case with the newer low-dose estrogen/progestin products Penicillamine: Penicillamine may react with pyridoxal 5-phosphate to form a metabolically inactive thiazolidine, which may result in a functional Vitamin B6 (Dynamisan Tablets) deficiency Phenelzine: Phenelzine may react with pyridoxal 5-phosphate to yield a metabolically inactive hydrazone compound Phenobarbital: High doses of Vitamin B6 (Dynamisan Tablets) may lower plasma levels of phenobarbital Phenytoin: High doses of Vitamin B6 (Dynamisan Tablets) may lower plasma levels of phenytoin Theophylline: Theophylline may react with pyridoxal 5-phosphate leading to low plasma levels of the coenzyme. This may increase the risk of theophylline-induced seizures Valproic acid: Chronic use of valproic acid may result in a significant decrease in plasma pyridoxal 5-phosphate levels.

With the simultaneous application of ascorbic acid increases the excretion of iron in patients receiving deferoxamine. In the application of ascorbic acid at a dose of 500 mg / day possibly left ventricular dysfunction.

In an application with tetracycline is increased excretion of ascorbic acid in the urine.

There is a described case of reducing the concentration of fluphenazine in plasma in patients treated with ascorbic acid 500 mg 2 times / day.

May increase the concentration of ethinyl estradiol in the blood plasma in its simultaneous application in the oral contraceptives.

Cholestyramine

Cholestyramine has been reported to reduce intestinal absorption of fat soluble vitamins; as such it may impair intestinal absorption of any of vitamin D

Phenytoin/Phenobarbital

The coadministration of phenytoin or phenobarbital will not affect plasma concentrations of vitamin D, but may reduce endogenous plasma levels of calcitriol/ergocalcitriol by accelerating metabolism. Since blood level of calcitriol/ergocalcitriol will be reduced, higher doses of Rocaltrol may be necessary if these drugs are administered simultaneously

Thiazides

Thiazides are known to induce hypercalcemia by the reduction of calcium excretion in urine. Some reports have shown that the concomitant administration of thiazides with vitamin D causes hypercalcemia. Therefore, precaution should be taken when coadministration is necessary

Digitalis

Vitamin D dosage must be determined with care in patients undergoing treatment with digitalis, as hypercalcemia in such patients may precipitate cardiac arrhythmias

Ketoconazole

Ketoconazole may inhibit both synthetic and catabolic enzymes of vitamin D. Reductions in serum endogenous vitamin D concentrations have been observed following the administration of 300 mg/day to 1200 mg/day ketoconazole for a week to healthy men. However, in vivo drug interaction studies of ketoconazole with vitamin D have not been investigated

Corticosteroids

A relationship of functional antagonism exists between vitamin D analogues, which promote calcium absorption, and corticosteroids, which inhibit calcium absorption

Phosphate-Binding Agents

Since vitamin D also has an effect on phosphate transport in the intestine, kidneys and bones, the dosage of phosphate-binding agents must be adjusted in accordance with the serum phosphate concentration

Vitamin D

The coadministration of any of the vitamin D analogues should be avoided as this could create possible additive effects and hypercalcemia

Calcium Supplements

Uncontrolled intake of additional calcium-containing preparations should be avoided

Vitamin D3 (Dynamisan Tablets)

Vitamin D3 (Dynamisan Tablets)-containing preparations (eg, antacids) may cause hypermagnesemia and should therefore not be taken during therapy with vitamin D by patients on chronic renal dialysis.

Orlistat: May decrease the serum concentration of Vitamins (Fat Soluble). Management: Administer oral fat soluble vitamins at least 2 hours before or after the administration of orlistat. Similar precautions do not apply to parenterally administered fat soluble vitamins. Consider therapy modification

Tipranavir: May enhance the adverse/toxic effect of Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets) (Systemic). Management: Patients taking tipranavir oral solution are advised to avoid taking additional Vitamin E (Dynamisan Tablets), beyond the amounts contained in a multivitamin product. This interaction does not apply to tipranavir capsules. Consider therapy modification

The anticonvulsants carbamazepine, phenytoin, Phenobarbital, and primidone may accelerate biotin metabolism, leading to a reduction in available biotin. Chronic use of these drugs has been associated with decreased plasma concentrations of biotin.

The use of antibiotics may reduce the contribution of biotin made by bacteria within the large intestine.

Pyridoxine reduces the effects of levodopa (but this does not occur if a dopa decarboxylase is also given); decreases serum concentrations of phenobarbitone. Concurrent administration of drugs eg, isoniazid, penicillamine and oral contraceptives increase the requirement for pyridoxine.

Absorption of cyanocobalamin from the GIT may be reduced by neomycin, aminosalicylic acid, histamine H₂-receptor antagonists and colchicine. Serum concentrations may be decreased by concurrent administration of oral contraceptives. Many of these interactions are unlikely to be of clinical significance but should be taken into account when performing assays for blood concentrations.

Parenteral chloramphenicol may attenuate the effect of Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) in anaemia.

Folate deficiency states may be produced by a number of drugs including antiepileptics, oral contraceptives, antituberculous drugs, alcohol and folic acid antagonists eg, aminopterin, methotrexate, pyrimethamine, trimethoprim and sulphonamides; folic acid may decrease serum-phenytoin concentrations.

There may be an increased risk of myopathy or rhabdomyolysis when nicotinic acid is used concurrently with statins. Nicotinamide may increase the requirements for insulin or oral hypoglycaemics.

Ascorbic acid may increase the absorption of iron-deficiency states.

Ascorbic acid is often given in addition to desferrioxamine to patients with iron overload (thalassemia) to achieve better iron excretion. However, early on in treatment when there is excess tissue iron, there is some evidence that ascorbic acid may worsen the iron toxicity, particularly to the heart. Thus, ascorbic acid should not be given for the first month after starting desferrioxamine treatment.

The absorption of Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) may be reduced by iron supplements, penicillamine, phosphorus-containing preparations and tetracyclines. Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets) supplements reduce the absorption of Zinc (Dynamisan Tablets), ciprofloxacin, iron, norfloxacin, penicillamine and tetracyclines.

Adverse reactions associated with 1670 infusions in premarketing studies were as follows:

Non-specific side effects consisting of nausea, vomiting, headache, flushing, numbness and local venous irritation were reported in approximately 3% of the patients.

One patient had an allergic reaction which was manifested as a confluent macular rash with reddening and swelling of the hands and face. The rash subsided rapidly after the infusion was terminated and 50 mg of diphenhydramine were administered. One patient had an apparent decrease in platelet count from 150,000 to 60,000. One patient with a history of acrocyanosis had an exacerbation of this condition following infusion of Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets).

Post Marketing Experience

The following adverse events have been reported during post-marketing use: extravasation leading to burn-like reaction and/or skin necrosis requiring surgical intervention, hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis, and hematuria that in some cases occurred 1–2 days after an Arginine (Dynamisan Tablets) administration. Because these adverse events are reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, it is not always possible to reliably estimate their frequency or establish a causal relationship to drug exposure.

Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) and iodides, whether applied topically or given systemically, can give rise to hypersensitivity reactions which may include urticaria, angioedema, cutaneous haemorrhage or purpuras, fever, arthralgia, lymphadenopathy, and eosinophilia.

Inhalation of Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) vapour is very irritating to mucous membranes.

Iodine (Dynamisan Tablets) and iodides have variable effects on the thyroid and can produce goitre and hypothyroidism as well as hyperthyroidism (the Iod-Basedow or Jod-Basedow phenomenon). Goitre and hypothyroidism have also occurred in infants born to mothers who had taken iodides during pregnancy.

Prolonged use may lead to a range of adverse effects, often called ’iodism’, some of which may again be due to hypersensitivity. Adverse effects include metallic taste, increased salivation, burning or painful mouth; there may be acute rhinitis, coryza-like symptoms, and swelling and inflammation of the throat. Eyes may be irritated and swollen and there may be increased lachrymation. Pulmonary oedema, dyspnoea, and bronchitis may develop. Skin reactions include acneform or, more rarely, severe eruptions (iododerma). Other reported effects include depression, insomnia, impotence, headache, and gastrointestinal disturbances, notably nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.

Allergic sensitization has been reported rarely following oral and parenteral administration of Folic Acid.

At recommended doses, nicotinamide is expected to be well tolerated. Gastrointestinal distress such as nausea or vomiting have been associated with the administration of nicotinamide or zinc at doses greater than the recommended dose of nicotinamide

Nicotinamide: Dizziness, headache, hyperglycemia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, elevations in liver function tests, hepatotoxicity, blurred vision, flushing, rash.

No serious side effects have been reported, even at intakes of up to 10,000 mg (10 grams) per day. Very large amounts of pantothenic acid (several grams per day) can cause diarrhea.

Pantothenic acid works together with Vitamin B5 (Dynamisan Tablets), Vitamin B5 (Dynamisan Tablets), and Vitamin B5 (Dynamisan Tablets) to help make the fuel our bodies run on—ATP.

There is one report of a 76-year-old woman who developed a life-threatening condition (eosinophilic pleuropericardial effusion) while taking 300 mg of pantothenic acid per day and 10 mg of biotin per day.2 However, it is not clear whether the vitamins caused the problem.
