If necessary, depending on the tolerability of the drug Ludiomil^® and the patient's response to treatment, the daily dose can be gradually increased to the content of 2 or 3 amp. (i.e. 50 or 75 mg), diluted from 250 to 500 ml of saline or glucose solution, administered as infusions for 2 to 3 hours.

Do not abruptly cancel the drug or sharply reduce the dose due to possible side effects.

The daily dose is 25-75 mg (can be taken once or in 3 doses). The maximum dose is 150 mg (outpatient), or 225 mg (inpatient). Depending on the clinical effect, the initial dose can be increased by 25 mg every 2 weeks. After the disappearance of the depressive syndrome, the dose is reduced to a maintenance dose of 25-50 mg per day.
