Infantile spasm, bronchial asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, lupus erythematosus disseminatus, ulcerative colitis, chronic active liver disease, hay fever & severe dermatitis.
Long term treatment - 15-30IU (0.25-0.5ml) SC every 2 days for protracted treatment. If no effect, increase dose to 60IU (1ml) per day or every 2 days. Severe dermatological disorders: 60IU or more daily. Short term treatment: Daily doses upto 120IU (2ml) for intensive treatment (eg. multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis & ulcerative colitis).
