Acylact has a high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbes, including staphylococci, enteropathogenic escherichia coli, proteus, which determines the corrective effect of the drug in violations of the bacteriocenosis of the genitals in women.
Live lactobacilli included in the preparation have antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria (including staphylococci, proteus, enteropathogenic escherichia coli), normalize the digestive activity of the gastrointestinal tract, improve metabolic processes, and contribute to the restoration of natural immunity. The glycogen of the vaginal epithelium is metabolized to lactic acid, which maintains the pH of the vagina at the level of 3.8–4.2. Lactic acid in high concentrations creates unfavorable conditions for the vital activity of acid-sensitive pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria.
Simultaneous chemotherapy, including antibiotic therapy, is allowed.
It is not recommended to take it during treatment with antibiotics. Compatible with bifidumbacterin and normase.
