Bilin 0,5 mg / ml cL'olirium suspendu contient de la lévocabastine qui est un antihistaminique utilisé pour le traitement symptomatique de la conjonctivite allergique chez l'adulte et l'enfant et l'adolescent de 4 à moins de 18 ans.
La lévocabastine est un antagoniste hautement sélectif des récepteurs H1 d'Histamine. Après application aux yeux, presque immédiatement et pendant des heures, un soulagement des symptômes de la conjonctivite allergique se produit (prurit, rougeur, inflammation des paupières, déchirure)..
1) Dose
Suivez exactement les instructions d'administration de ce médicament indiquées par votre médecin. En cas de doute, consultez à nouveau votre médecin ou votre pharmacien.
Adultes et enfants et adolescents de 4 à moins de 18 ans
La dose recommandée est de 1 goutte de Bilina par œil, deux fois par jour. La dose peut être augmentée jusqu'à 1 goutte dans chaque œil, 3 ou 4 fois par jour. Le traitement doit être poursuivi jusqu'à élimination des symptômes.
Utilisation chez les enfants de moins de 4 ans

Personnes âgées
Il n'y a pas de données sur l'utilisation de la lévocabastine chez les personnes âgées.
2) Mode d'emploi
Avant la première utilisation de Bilina, retirez le joint du récipient et écrivez la date d'ouverture sur la boîte.
Suivez les étapes ci-dessous:
- Bien agiter le récipient avant de retirer le capuchon
- Inclinez la tête en arrière autant que possible
- Appuyez sur la bouteille et versez 1 goutte très soigneusement dans le coin intérieur de l'œil. Tirez la paupière inférieure vers le bas en gardant la tête inclinée vers l'arrière afin que les gouttes puissent atteindre le bas entre l'œil et la paupière. Essayez de cligner des yeux pour répandre les gouttes dans l'œil.
- Répétez l'étape 3 pour l'autre œil.
Ne frottez pas le flacon avec l'œil pour empêcher les impuretés de pénétrer dans le reste du liquide. N'utilisez pas les gouttes pendant plus d'un mois après l'ouverture du flacon en premier.
Le traitement doit être poursuivi jusqu'à ce que les symptômes s'améliorent.
Si vous avez utilisé plus de Bilina que vous n'auriez dû
Si vous buvez accidentellement le contenu d'un récipient, vous pouvez vous sentir somnolent. Dans ce cas, il est recommandé de boire beaucoup de liquides non alcoolisés afin d'accélérer l'élimination par le rein du médicament et de contacter immédiatement votre médecin.

Si vous avez oublié d'utiliser Bilina
Une goutte supplémentaire ne doit pas être appliquée à l'œil pour compenser la dose oubliée.
