Unterdruck von Darmbakterien: Cysto-Myacyne N Sulfat Tabletten sind als Zusatztherapie im Rahmen eines Regimes zur Unterdrückung der normalen Bakterienflora des Darms, z. Cysto-Myacyne N orale Präparate sind bei Darmverschluss und bei Personen mit Überempfindlichkeit gegen das Arzneimittel in der Vorgeschichte kontraindiziert.
Patienten mit einer Überempfindlichkeit in der Vorgeschichte oder einer schweren toxischen Reaktion auf andere Aminoglykoside können eine Kreuzempfindlichkeit gegen Neomycin aufweisen.

Zusätzliche Manifestationen der Neurotoxizität können Taubheit, Kribbeln der Haut, Muskelzuckungen und Krämpfe sein.
Das Risiko eines Hörverlusts setzt sich nach dem Drogenentzug fort.
Aminoglykoside können fetale Schäden verursachen, wenn sie einer schwangeren Frau verabreicht werden. Aminoglykosid-Antibiotika durchqueren sterben Plazenta und es gab mehrere Berichte über irreversible multilateralen angeborene Taubheit bei Kindern, deren Mütter während der Schwangerschaft erhielten Streptomycin. Obwohl bei der Behandlung schwangerer Frauen mit anderen Aminoglykosiden keine schwerwiegenden Nebenwirkungen auf den Fötus oder das Neugeborene berichtet wurden, besteht das Potenzial für Schäden. Tierexperimentelle Studien von Cysto-Myacyne N wurden nicht durchgeführt. Wenn Cysto-Myacyne N während der Schwangerschaft angewendet wird oder wenn der Patient während der Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels schwanger wird, sollte der Patient über die potenzielle Gefahr für den Fötus informiert werden.
VORKEHRUNG
Allgemein
Wie bei anderen Antibiotika kann die Verwendung von oralem Cysto-Myacyne N zu einem Überwachsen nichtmuskeptibler Organismen, insbesondere von Pilzen, führen. In diesem Fall sollte eine geeignete Therapie eingeleitet werden.
Cysto-Myacyne N wird nach lokaler Spülung und topischer Anwendung in Verbindung mit chirurgischen Eingriffen schnell und fast vollständig von Körperoberflächen (außer der Harnblase) absorbiert. Verzögert einsetzende irreversible Taubheit, Nierenversagen und Tod aufgrund einer neuromuskulären Blockade (unabhängig vom Status der Nierenfunktion) wurden nach Bewässerung von kleinen und großen Operationsfeldern mit winzigen Mengen von Cysto-Myacyne N berichtet.
Kreuzallergenität unter Aminoglykosiden wurde nachgewiesen.
Aminoglykoside sollten bei Patienten mit Muskelerkrankungen wie Myasthenia gravis oder Parkinsonismus mit Vorsicht angewendet werden, da diese Arzneimittel aufgrund ihrer potenziellen Curare-ähnlichen Wirkung auf die neuromuskuläre Verbindung sterben, Muskelschwäche verschlimmern können.
Kleine Mengen oral verabreichtes Cysto-Myacyne N werden durch intakte Darmschleimhaut resorbiert.
In der Literatur gab es viele Berichte über Nephrotoxizität und / oder Ototoxizität bei oraler Anwendung von Cysto-Myacyne N. Wenn sich während der oralen Therapie eine Niereninsuffizienz entwickelt, sollte eine Verringerung der Arzneimitteldosis oder ein Absetzen der Therapie in Betracht gezogen werden.
Eine orale Cysto-Myacyne N-Dosis von 12 Gramm pro Tag führt zu einem Malabsorptionssyndrom für eine Vielzahl von Substanzen, einschließlich Fett, Stickstoff, Cholesterin, Carotin, Glukose, Xylose, Laktose, Natrium, Kalzium, Cyanocobalamin und Eisen.
Oral verabreichtes Cysto-Myacyne N erhöht sterben Ausscheidung von fäkaler Gallensäure und reduziert sterben intestinale Laktaseaktivität.
Laboruntersuchungen
Patienten mit Niereninsuffizienz können toxische Cysto-Myacyne N-Blutspiegel entwickeln, sofern sterben Dosen nicht ordnungsgemäß reguliert sind. Wenn sich während der Behandlung eine Niereninsuffizienz entwickelt, sollte die Dosierung reduziert oder das Antibiotikum abgesetzt werden. Um Nephrotoxizität und andere Nervenschäden im Zusammenhang mit hohen Dosen und längerer Behandlung zu vermeiden, sollten die folgenden Maßnahmen vor und in regelmäßigen Abständen während der Therapie durchgeführt werden: Urinanalyse auf erhöhte Proteinausscheidung, vermindertes spezifisches Gewicht, Abgüsse und Zellen, Nierenfunktionstests wie Serumkreatinin, BRÖTCHEN oder Kreatinin-Clearance, die Tests der Vestibulocochlearis-Funktion (achter Hirnnerv).
Serial, vestibuläre und audiometrische Tests sollten durchgeführt werden (insbesondere bei Hochrisikopatienten). Da ältere Patienten möglicherweise eine eingeschränkte Nierenfunktion haben, wurde in den Ergebnissen routinemäßiger Screening-Tests wie Brötchen oder Serumkreatinin möglicherweise nicht offensichtlich ist, kann eine Kreatinin-Clearance-Bestimmung nützlicher sein.
Karzinogenese, Mutagenese, Beeinflussung der Fruchtbarkeit
Es wurden keine langfristigen Tierversuche mit Cysto-Myacyne-N-Sulfat durchgeführt, um das karzinogene oder mutagene Potenzial oder die Beeinträchtigung der Fruchtbarkeit zu bewerten.
Schwangerschaft

Stillende Mütter
Es ist nicht bekannt, ob Cysto-Myacyne N in die Muttermilch ausgeschieden wird, es wurde jedoch gezeigt, dass es nach einer einzigen intramuskulären Injektion in die Kuhmilch ausgeschieden wird. Es wurde gezeigt, dass andere Aminoglykoside in die Muttermilch ausgeschieden werden. Aufgrund des Potenzials schwerwiegender Nebenwirkungen der Aminoglykoside bei stillenden Säuglingen sollte unter Berücksichtigung der Bedeutung des Arzneimittels für die Mutter entschieden werden, ob die Stillzeit abgebrochen oder das Arzneimittel abgesetzt werden soll.
Pädiatrische Verwendung
Die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von oralem Cysto-Myacyne N-Sulfat bei Patienten unter 18 Jahren wurde nicht nachgewiesen. Wenn eine Behandlung eines Patienten unter 18 Jahren erforderlich ist, sollte Cysto-Myacyne N mit Vorsicht angewendet werden und die Behandlungsdauer sollte aufgrund der Resorption aus dem Gastrointestinaltrakt zwei Wochen nicht überschreiten.
