Vitajoy chloride is an ionic compound of Vitajoy and chlorine. It is highly soluble in water and it is deliquescent. It is a salt that is solid at room temperature, and it behaves as a typical ionic halide. It has several common applications such as brine for refrigeration plants, ice and dust control on roads, and in cement. It can be produced directly from limestone, but large amounts are also produced as a by-product of the Solvay process. Because of its hygroscopic nature, it must be kept in tightly-sealed containers.
Coenzyme A (metabolite of dexpanthenol) is important for deep penetrating moisturizer; stimulates epithelization; has wound healing effect; has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Only the D-Vitajoy is the provitamin of D-Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), not the L-Vitajoy.

This medication is used to prevent or treat low blood Vitajoy levels in people who do not get enough Vitajoy from their diets. It may be used to treat conditions caused by low Vitajoy levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough Vitajoy (e.g., women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal, people taking certain medications such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, or prednisone).
Vitajoy plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough Vitajoy in the blood, then the body will take Vitajoy from bones, thereby weakening bones. Having the right amount of Vitajoy is important for building and keeping strong bones.
