Composition

The composition of one tablet

Active ingredients:

belladonna extract thick - 10 mg, phenylsalicylate-300 mg.

Excipients:

potato starch - 35,845 mg, talc-3,462 mg, stearic acid-0.693 mg.

Description of the dosage form

Tablets from light yellow to light brown color with inclusions, flat-cylindrical shape with a chamfer and a risk.

Pharmacological Group

Antispasmodic agent.

Pharmacological action

The combined drug has antispasmodic, antisecretory and analgesic (due to the m-choline-blocking activity of the extract of belladonna), antiseptic and anti-inflammatory (due to phenylsalicylate, which breaks down in the alkaline environment of the intestine into phenol and salicylic acid) effects.

Indications

Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by spasms of the smooth muscles of the abdominal organs and intestinal dysbiosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy with impaired urinary outflow, gastrointestinal bleeding, children under 18 years of age.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

During pregnancy, the use of the drug is justified if the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus. During the use of the drug, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Method of administration and dosage

Inside, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.

Side effects

Increased intraocular pressure, dryness of the oral mucosa, constipation, mydriasis, paresis of accommodation, dizziness, urinary retention, allergic reactions.

Overdose

Symptoms:

psychomotor agitation, accommodation paralysis, acute urinary retention.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms:

During the treatment period, care should be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration, rapid psychomotor reactions and good vision.

6 tablets in a contour cell-free package. 2, 3 or 5 contour cell-free packages together with the instructions for use are placed in a cardboard pack. It is allowed to put contour cell-free packages together with an equal number of instructions for use in a group package.

Storage conditions

In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Expiration date
