Levodropropizine
Dry unproductive cough in pharyngitis, laryngitis, acute tracheitis and tracheobronchitis, influenza, bronchopneumonia, chronic obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma, emphysema, lung tumors, allergic and infectious-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.
Inside, 10 ml of syrup (measuring cup) or 20 drops, preferably diluted in half a glass of water, 1-3 times a day at intervals of at least 6 hours, children from 2 to 12 years are given 1 mg/kg (syrup) 1-3 times a day until the cough stops, but no more than a week.
Hypersensitivity, excessive sputum production, reduced mucociliary clearance (Kartagener syndrome, ciliary dyskinesia), severe liver function abnormalities.
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea.
From the central nervous system: fatigue, fainting, drowsiness, confusion, dizziness, headache.
From the cardiovascular system: tachycardia.
Allergic reactions: skin reactions (in extremely rare cases).
