Conjunctivally. For adults and adolescents, the drug is 1 drop 2-3 times a day for no more than 14 days.
Special clinical studies on the use of Allergoconjunct in children older than 2 years have not been conducted. Since the drug can have a systemic effect, children over 2 years of age should be instilled no more than 1-2 drops of Allergoconjunct 1 time per day. The drug should not be used for more than 14 days, because with prolonged use of the drug, toxic follicular conjunctivitis and reactive conjunctival hyperemia can be observed.
Pressing the lower tear point or closing the eyes for 3 minutes after instillation in the conjunctival sac reduces the ingress of Allergoconjunct into the systemic bloodstream, which contributes to a more effective local action of the drug and reduces the frequency of systemic side effects.
